All season long, contestants will vie for a place in the two-day contest that decides the winner of the TurfnSport.com Orleans Fall Classic package. It's a chance to put the horse handicapping skills you have honed here at TrackChampion.com to the test in a bricks-and-mortar setting. The Fall Classic is one of the great horse handicapping contests and you could be there representing yourself and the TrackChampion.com community as well.

Weekly contests double as Orleans Qualifiers

Check the schedule of horse handicapping contests to see which weekends are Orleans Classic Challenge Qualifiers. Some contests are qualifiers, whether sponsored by eHorse.com, BodogLife, TurfnSport or other advertisers.
The first Orleans qualifier is Feb. 9 at Santa Anita Park and the final one is Aug. 17 at Delmar. *TrackChampion.com reserves the right to add other qualifying events during the year. In all, there are nine chance to qualify for this great contest finale, which will be a two-weekend, total-contest-cash-earned format.
The final invitational contest will be August 23 and August 30 at Saratoga. The winner will have five weeks to get ready for the trip to Vegas!

Win and You're In

Winning a weekly contest that is also an Orleans Challenge Qualifier automatically gets you a spot in the Aug. 23-30 dual main event. You also claim prize money for that contest, presuming there is cash awarded for that contest (not all contests have cash prizes, some offer only the qualifying opportunity).
The Top 5 finishers in most qualifying contests earn positions in the Aug. 23-30 contest, which decides who wins the grand prize. In some SuperQualifiers, the Top 10 will earn spots.

Rules

Contestants must follow the rules as set out weekly in the TrackChampion.com contest pages. TrackChampion.com officials shall have final say on any disputes arising from the process of deciding entrants into the final contest.
No contestant shall have more than one entry in the final contest, regardless of whether he or she has won two or more qualifying contests during 2008. Where and if this occurs, TrackChampion.com officials shall designate at their sole discretion replacement contestants to fill those spaces.
The value of the prize is $1,500. The expectation is that buy-in will be in the $500 range, while a $250 hotel credit and $750 airfare credit shall be assigned to the winner. If the cost of airfare or accommodations exceeds these amounts, the contestants agree to be responsible for covering the additional fees.
There is no cash replacement for the prize award. The award may be assignable by the winner in special circumstances where TrackChampion.com officials are persuaded that it is in the best interest of the winning contestant to do so.
Contestants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackChampion.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of, or participation in, TrackChampion.com contests, your connection to the Service.
TrackChampion.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate contestant accounts if it is deemed a player is trying to violate rights of others or is acting contrary to the spirit of the game.
Contestants agree that TrackChampion.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications or discontinuance of the Service that may occur for any reason.
This is not intended to offer an exhaustive legal set of terms and conditions, rather to set out the spirit and intent of offering the contest to members - which is to have fun handicapping horse races and maybe winning some cash or prizes along the way.
Should TrackChampion.com be unable for whatever reason to secure buy-in or otherwise complete the terms of prizing, the amount of $1,500 shall be payable to the winner.
