About Track Champion

Trackchampion has been holding online handicapping contests for the horseplayer since 2003. We are here to provide racing enthusiasts around the globe a chance to compete for valuable prizes in weekly horse racing tournaments. We welcome all horseplayers, both beginners and veterans.

General Rules

1.There is no cost to enter the contest. The Track Champion Contest is open to active Track Champion members with a valid username and password. The contest does not involve real money or wagering, and is for entertainment purposes only.

2.Only one entry per person, per Track Champion username, Multiple entries are cause for disqualification of all involved entries. A player may not submit multiple entries with different names, addresses, usernames, etc. Track Champion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any player which Track Champion believes has submitted multiple entries in the contest. We only allow two persons per household and/or IP address.

3.If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including by technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of trackchampion.com, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this game and contest, Track Champion has the right to disqualify any individual who violates these rules or the associated rules sets referenced. If anyone, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any conduct detrimental to trackchampion.com, the contest or any other player (in each case as determined at Track Champion's discretion), to ban any individual whose eligibility is in question, and to cancel, modify or suspend the contest at any time. Track Champion assumes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

4.Track Champion reserves the right to change the contest schedule without notice. In the event that a contest race is cancelled and not run on the scheduled date, regardless of reason, that race will be withdrawn from the contest, even if it is made up at a later date.

5.Any decision made by trackchampion.com regarding any aspect of the web-site or contests, is FINAL.

Entrant agrees that trackchampion.com and any sponsor, and their respective agents, employees and affiliates, shall not be liable for injury, loss of damage of any kind resulting from participating in this contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize money awarded. By entering the contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules.
