1.You must be a member of trackchampion.com to compete in our contests. You must be logged-in with your trackchampion username to make your selections.

2. Each player will pick one horse to win/place in each race provided.

3. A successful pick will return the winning track payout based on the minimum $2 payout, and will be added to the player's overall total. The player with the most imaginary money totalled at the end of the contest, not necessarily the number of winners picked, will be declared the winner of the contest.

4. This will be a live contest. This means that you will have time before each race to make your picks, instead of being required to submit all picks by first-post. Please be aware the time we use to close the race is the approximate post-time. Sometimes the races will run later than intended due to delay or erroneous post-times. We will try to correct this problem if we see it, but ultimately is the player's responsibility to look for these discrepancies and react accordingly. We are NOT responsible for late picks.

If you feel more comfortable placing your picks all at once, guaranteeing that you will get all your selections for each race in on time, you can still do that. When providing a live environment we are looking to benefit those who want to watch the toteboard throughout the race card.

5.A scratch means that your horse has been pulled from the race (reasons vary). You can check early scratches the morning before the race at www.brisnet.com, under "changes" on the individual track racing menu, and make the proper adjustments before entering your picks. In our live format you can go back into each race and change your picks in case you change your mind or you entered a horse that has been scratched. Late scratches at post-time are unfortunate but you will not be able to re-pick if the race has already closed. Scratches neither count for, or against your total. It's as if you never made a pick.

6.If there is an error in post-positions at any time, we will go by the race winner's name.

7.If at any time the site experiences problems or you cannot log-on to trackchampion.com for any reason, we cannot be held accountable. We don't anticipate this being a problem, but technical issues do arise. To protect yourself from missing out on making your pick due to these unexpected problems members should enter picks for the entire race card before the races begin, you can change your picks as the races are live. Doing this will guarantee yourself a default pick if the site experiences issues while the live racing is in progress.

8.For general rules please refer to the "About Us" section of the site. Any rules not covered here or in the general rule outline will be left to the discretion of trackchampion.com management. All decisions are final.
